validation-api-1.1.0.Final.jar which is referenced by the classpath, does not exist

I want to build an application using SpringBoot + JPA + Kafka

build went success and when i run my spring boot below class in eclipse ide, i end up with error

and the error is .m2/repository/javax/validation/validation-api/1.1.0.Final/validation-api-1.1.0.Final.jar which is referenced by the classpath, does not exist.
